Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days (1 week or less) after payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery Times Delivery times below are counted after the order has been dispatched:
- Domestic (United States): Typically 1–3 weeks.
- International Shipping: Typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, holidays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs We work with the most cost-effective and reliable shipping carriers available for each order.
- Orders over $25.90: Free Shipping (for eligible items).
- Orders under $25.90: $6.90 flat shipping fee.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Tax & Duty We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means import taxes, customs duties, and VAT/GST are included in the shipping cost (or free shipping). You do not need to pay any extra fees to customs upon delivery.
Shipping Methods & Tracking We select the most suitable and economical shipping provider for each order. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Important Notes
- All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Once the package is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
