Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it:
- Unworn and unused
- All original tags and labels still attached
- In its original packaging
- With the receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging, or that have been worn/used, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- For normal returns (change of mind, size issue, etc.): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- For quality issues (defective, damaged, or wrong item): We will bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Return Address For privacy and security reasons, the return address will be provided to you after your return request is approved. We will email you the correct return address along with instructions and the shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back to us without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at cyou33291@gmail.com so we can provide a prepaid return label and resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility conditions (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging) apply. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except for defective items.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
